Why this made the cut

This is an open-box National Tree Company 6-foot pre-lit flocked Acacia tree (model AAC8-308-60F) with 840 snowy branch tips, 300 clear lights and a stand included, and Woot has it for $32.96. Retailking is asking $110.56 for a scratch-and-dent unit of the same model, so Woot's open-box price is about 70% less. Woot limits it to 2 per customer.
